I started The Dads’ Post because I wanted to feel connected to other dads, and for them to have a place to write about their personal experiences in fatherhood.
I spent many years pursuing adventure and avoiding the plod of a cautious life. Being a dad is an adventure on its own, and brings out the hunter-gatherer within us.
As Chris Rock once said, “A person will brag about something they’re supposed to do. Like, ‘I take care of my kids.’ You’re supposed to you dumb motherf**ker!”
